I’ve been using the latest password manager from Agile Bits for a few weeks now and can say that it is very nice. I had a sync bug on my iPhone, but that was quickly resolved with an update from AgileBits the next day. The biggest improvement for me is the built in tabbed browser so it is now much easier to access your secure sites on iOS without having to jump between your password manager and browser.
